Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the OneViewsupply tracking & verification platform — the OneView web console and the PWIL OneView mobile application (together, the “Platform”) — operated by PWIL. By signing in to or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

• The Platform is a business tool for PWIL and its authorised suppliers. There is no public registration: accounts are provisioned by PWIL against your registered mobile phone number and assigned a role by an administrator.
• You must be at least 18 years old and authorised by your organisation to use the Platform.
• Sign-in uses one-time passcodes (OTP) sent to your registered phone number. You are responsible for keeping your phone and SIM secure and for all activity performed through your account.
• Notify PWIL immediately if you believe your account or phone number has been compromised, or if your registered number changes.

When using the Platform, you must not:

• submit false, misleading, or fabricated records, documents, photos, videos, or location data;
• access data or perform actions beyond the permissions of your assigned role, or attempt to circumvent access controls;
• share your OTP or session with any other person, or use another person's account;
• interfere with the operation or security of the Platform, including probing, scanning, or overloading it;
• copy, scrape, or extract Platform data except as needed for your organisation's legitimate business with PWIL.

You and your organisation are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you submit — invoices, dispatch details, checkpoint evidence, photos, videos, and related documents. Records submitted to the verification pipeline become part of PWIL’s business records and audit trail and may be relied upon for commercial, accounting, and compliance purposes.

You grant PWIL the right to store, process, reproduce, and share this content within the Platform as needed to operate the supply tracking and verification workflow and to meet legal obligations.

The Platform, including its software, design, logos, and content (other than data submitted by users), is owned by PWIL or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended business purpose. No other rights are granted.

We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service. Offline features of the mobile app synchronise on a best-effort basis when connectivity returns.

PWIL may suspend or deactivate an account at any time — for example, on violation of these Terms, on request of your organisation, when your engagement with PWIL ends, or for security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive (including record ownership, liability limits, and governing law) survive termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PWIL disclaims all implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform, including loss of data, profits, or business, or for matters outside its reasonable control (such as network, SMS-delivery, or device failures). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms govern use of the Platform only; they do not amend the commercial contracts between PWIL and its suppliers.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision; continued use of the Platform after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
